Required Documents for Pre-K 4 Programs
Child’s Birth Certificate
Parent/Guardian’s Picture Identification
Current Immunization Record
Proof of Residence – Two (2) Current Bills (light, cable/internet, water, lease, agreement, or mortgage statement)
Proof of Income – Two (2) Most Recent Check Stubs or SNAP/Food Stamp Benefits, etc.
How To Apply To EBR Pre-K Programs
Step 1: Complete online application (below) and upload all required documents. Pick three (3) school choices. Step 2: Contact your first school of choice to schedule a screening for your child. Step 3: Receive email notification of acceptance or waitlist status. Parents must accept or reject seat offer within 5 days. Contact the Early Childhood Office at (225) 226-7675 if your child is placed on the waitlist for additional school sites.
